At Red Crane Steak & Sushi Cafe we serve top notch authentic Pan-Asian cuisine. Pan-Asian simply refers to foods from various Asian countries. Red Crane features foods from Japan, China, Thailand, Korea, Vietnam, and the Philippines. Asian ingredients, spices, and flavors are used with items such as beef, chicken, and seafood, which are easily recognizable. Our menu is trying lots of different items and sharing them. There are no entrees as one might find in a more conventional restaurant, so be bold and brazen and try new things. Your server will guide you through your experience and make it tasty and wonderful.
