“The Top of the Hilton Restaurant is a classic Seattle landmark featuring the city's most beautiful view. Chef Gerold Castro has created the menu to reflect his eclectic style, which utilizes traditional preparations to create unique, balanced, modern dishes to please a variety of palettes. We recommend you begin with the Goat Cheese Sampler, then try the Roasted Tomato and Mozzarella Balsamico Salad, and for you main course, the Seared Sea Scallops. For dessert, the Chocolate Lava Cake is the most popular.The wine list features several Northwest wines, including Lost River Winery from Mazama in Okanogan County, WA. We also serve a Washington Apple Cocktail as on of our specialty drinks.The Top of the Hilton is adjacent to the 5the Ave Theatre by way of the concourse. Theatre goers, as well as all of our dining patrons, are able to park in the nine floor parking garage and will receive a three hour validation when dining.”
