What's new at CHAPEL: â?¢ A staff that thinks customer satisfaction is chic â?¢ Outdoor garden seating consistent with CHAPEL's elegant ambience so patrons can enjoy the Pacific Northwest's beautiful weather, as well as its hippest scene â?¢ New Orleans's chef Couchon de Lait and his intoxicating seasonal menus of Mediterranean-Fusion cuisine â?¢ Local and national disc jockeys spinning ambient beats high above the bar With an influx of the new, everything that has made CHAPEL Seattle's hottest happy hour remains. Creating unique cocktails with liquor infused with fresh fruit and vegetables from Pike Place is the highest priority. CHAPEL's happy hour is the place to be seen with $4 martinis from 5 to 8 p.m. seven days a week.
