As you first enter Bistro Europa it becomes very obvious that the restaurant is a labor of love. Notable selections include the Wiener Schnitzel (lightly breaded veal pan-fried in butter, spaetzle and red cabbage,) Bouillabaisse (delicate combination of fresh seafood in a light fish broth with fresh herbs, a hint of fennel and finished with lobster butter and Pernod) and the Firenze Calzone (roasted red pepper, mushrooms, tomato and cheese) are complemented by an extensive array of top quality steaks and seafood.
