Tokyo Steak House's Food - Select Comments

Our steaks were cooked to perfection, and the shrimp was nice and juicy. more»
I enjoyed the general atmosphere with live music, a varying social crowd from families to working class, and the soft aroma of food being cooked fresh off the grill. more»

first time dining in at this restaurant and i must say, i will definately be back as a regular ... the grill chefs are incredible, not only are they flipping their knives and setting things on fire, but their cooking is hands down solid! more»
I would probably see If I could request or reserve one of the more entertaining chefs if I were to take my family back. more»
Message from Tokyo Steak House
Tokyo Steak House & Sushi Bar brings authentic Japanese teppan-yaki cuisine which delivers the excitement of teppan cooking and delicious food cooked right at the table by skilled chef. Teppanyaki is a type of Japanese cooking. Generally speaking, it can be done on any iron plate (Hence "Teppanyaki"; teppan means "iron plate"), with any ingredients's. In the western world, it can be done on a griddle, though in Japan it is done in a special electric frying pan which is also called Teppanyaki. A Japanese specialty based on boiled rice flavored with a sweetened RICE VINEGAR, a mixture called SUSHI MESHI. Once cooled, the rice has a glossy sheen and separates easily. There is a wide variety of sushi including nigiri sushi (thin slices of raw fish seasoned with WASABI and wrapped around or layered with this rice), hosomaki (thin sushi rolls) and futomaki (thick sushi rolls).
