South Congress Cafe's Service - Select CommentsThe seared tuna salad I eventually settled on was pretty darn good, not great, but everything else on the table was -- fish, meat, pasta were all winners -- and our adorable, smiling servers gave overly ( but not annoying ) attentive service. more»
