Since 1903, La Famiglia di Grisanti has been synonymous with their preparation of Tuscan cuisine and outstanding vintages of Italian wines.
The Famiglia regularly travels to all regions of Italia in pursuit of the finest foods, recipes and wines. Of which, they brought many back to offer their valued and treasured customers -- but even more importantly, to insure that the Grisanti Tuscan cuisine remains consistent in the kitchens of their Famiglia Restaurants. Their standard of excellence is characterized by the name of our restaurant -- Elfo's. Elfo (my Grandfather and his father (Rinaldo) established a tradition of Grisanti Tuscan cuisine dating back from 1903 to the present. When opening Elfo's, it was our objective to direct our art form towards fine dining in the areas of luncheon cuisine with more of a selection outside all the pure Tuscan taste. We wanted our customers to be able to experience the Grisanti touch of our Famiglia cuisine in the areas of outside catering and in-home dining, while always offering the same exceptional foods and service that are the hallmarks at the Grisanti name and reputation.
