"Where is The Red Velvet Lounge?
You're in it. The addition to our name is more a statement of mission than a designation of space. The name implies that you should feel comfortable coming to this cozy spot for a quick bite or just cocktails with friends. It is our wish that not only will Wild Abandon and the Red velvet Lounge be the neighborhood dining room but the neighborhood living room as well. So settle in, get comfortable and order as much or as little as you like.Our house is yours." We are a neighborhood spot. This does not mean that we are cliquish; we welcome you no matter where you live, how you dress, how you vote, whom you love, your gender, your transgender, the color of your hair, the color of your skin, and please stop me. You get the idea. Many nights we know you all by name, while on others, each face is a new face. The diversity here can be miraculous, and that's how we like it. |
