If you happen to be a meat eater , you'll not be impressed , the service is horrible , and the wait staff was so neglectful I had to get up and get my own coffee , after ordering it and then waiting 15 minutes , trying without success to get he waiter's attention. more»

I strive to create a comfortable enviornment in which to provide the best possible dining experience. I strive to use quality ingredients and prepare them with craftsmanship and care. I am using 100% cage free, cruelty free, hormone free eggs. The beef is Cascade natural free range. We use all Draper vallery chicken and turkey. The potatoes are organic German varieties from the Tilth certified farms Gean Theil, Joseph Oregon. I use trans fat free frier oil.
