For starters I have had ( including, but not limited to ) Hummus which is a creamy blend of chick peas garlic, seasonings and seasme tahini, my husbands favorite, Babaganoush, which is a mixture of eggplant, tahini, garlic and seasonings. more»
They are wrapped in a Lavosh bread with herbed rice, chopped lettuce and red cabbage, cucks, feta cheese, tomatoes and red onions, with your choice of homemade hummus or yogurt dill sauce, both sauces are wonderful! more»
