The decor is modern; the colors, warm. The bar glows a soft tangerine. The eye is drawn upwards with the dining room's centerpiece, a transparent wine tower, cradling 460 hours bottles of red wine at cellar temperature. In all, the impression is immediate. The staff of JP Prime is serious about you having a wonderful time. And when they say steak, they mean it. From a nine-ounce petite filet to the table-tipping 32-ounce Porterhouse, it's all prime, all carefully aged to buttery tenderness. The cut of your choice, thick and seared to sublime, juicy perfection. Plus some rare finds, like the Chipotle Hanger Steak and the Kobe burger.
