The decor is modern; the colors, warm. The bar glows a soft tangerine. The eye is drawn upwards with the dining room's centerpiece, a transparent wine tower, cradling 460 hours bottles of red wine at cellar temperature. In all, the impression is immediate. The staff of JP Prime is serious about you having a wonderful time. And when they say steak, they mean it. From a nine-ounce petite filet to the table-tipping 32-ounce Porterhouse, it's all prime, all carefully aged to buttery tenderness.
