After being an icon of Main Street, Somerville for over 30 years, the Verdicchio family has expanded their business and opened The Venetian Grille. Using traditional Italian influences and the knowledge of the chef in American cuisine, our menu is a fusion of Italian and American tradition. We have a seating capacity to seat 100 people. We have the facilities to cater for any events at our restaurant or at your location.

We want our customers to to enjoy the nostalgic atmosphere with mural art of Venice in our traditional dining area, highlighted with wooden features with a warm ambience where you will truly enjoy a unique dining experience. For lunch or dinner, whether you are celebrating one of life's momentous occasions or just feel like enjoying a home-cooked meal, The Venetian Grille is the one dining experience that has all the right ingredients.

Late night food in our bar on Thursdays 10pm-12am! Every week will be something different - great music, flat screen tv and the best bar food around!

Every Friday night is live music night from 8pm-11pm at The Venetian Grille. Our usual guitarist is Mark Bodino, who plays everything from Beatles to classical guitar to today's hits. On the occasional night that he can't be with us, we have an accomplished young man fill in. Sixteen year old David Koenig sits in and plays the same mix that Mark does. He will be joining us on September 28th, so come down and listen to our own self-taught prodigy.

Announcing a beer tasting dinner with Stone Brewery on November 7th. Five fabulous brews paired with five fabulous courses, from amuse bouche to dessert. $50.00 per person, reservations only, limited to 30 people. (Dining certificates can not be used for special events.)
