My favorites are : Chicken Chettinad Tandoori Shrimp ( shrimp cooked in a tandoor oven ( very high heat ) Samosas ( pastries with lamb and peas ) Garlic naan ( Indian bread ) There are variations of tandoori breads that are also stuffed with meat or vegetables that are great too ) more»
