As you enter Molly Malone's door you can go up to the pub and have some bangers and mash or take a turn to the left and enter another world of the hipster cool with a light up bar, fancy cocktails and mod décor as well as a sleek menu.

Chef Jason Hayis, formerly at Le Parisian in Rye, is now bringing his "flavor profiles" to The Mint. The menu is tasty and inventive and takes advantage of Asian influences with creativity and a bit of the unusual. Great use of Asian ingredients with creative dishes, with attention to composing a meal where sides and mains work well together.
