I was looking forward to eating at Grill 23 because I had heard that they had great steak however ; the restaurant was incredibly noisy, the tables were tiny and so crowded, and the food was mediocre. more»

The service was good , however , it would seem that at this level of dining , crumbs on the table could have been scraped , and empty appetizer plates could have been cleared in a more timely manner. more»
