Los Ranchos restaurant established in July of 1981 introduced Miami's multi-cultural society to the heartiness and richness of Los Ranchos' now internationally renowned signature dishes. From humble beginnings at its Sweetwater (Miami) location, with a maximum seating for 55 people, and a staff of 15 employees. Los Ranchos today operates five restaurants, each with a 200 person seating capacity, and employing more than 250 full-time employees.
