"Passed down" from Chef Tobias Lawry to his Chef de Cuisine and General Manager, 821 is owned and operated by Nate and Alysha Garyantes. Our goal at 821 is to support local agriculture, fisheries and viticulture. Our philosophy of food allows these partnerships to inspire our recipes: we utilize the very best ingredients of each season and prepare them using Mediterranean influences and original thought. Our distinctive menu consists of a 2,3,4,or 5 course Prix Fixe in which we welcome our guests to design their own "Tasting" for a unique dining experience by choosing multiple courses from all selections. Entree portions and A la Carte are available upon request. We also have an award winning wine list to make your dining experience even more enjoyable.
