A 1940s samba dances softly through the speakers as I sip the best Oaxacan hot chocolate in Los Angeles, a perfect compliment to the incredible cesar salad with fresh generous slices of parmesan cheese and sundried tomatoes ( hey, go judge someone elses lunch combo ! ) more»
