Loretta Keller and Charles Phan are pleased to introduce their joint venture, the unique and innovative Moss Room, at The Academy of Sciences in Golden Gate Park. The California/Mediterranean menu, crafted by Chef Justin Simoneaux (formerly of COCO500), features organic, seasonal and local ingredients. The dining room, designed by Olle Lundberg, captures elements of the natural world. An expansive living moss wall meets stone and water, where the water contains a collection of the Academy's animated Asian river fish. The service, directed by General Manager Andrew Wolfe, is crisp and warm. The beverage program, headed up by Clay Reynolds, celebrates and honors artisan producers from near and afar. Executive Pastry Chef Rachel Leising offers a selection of stunning desserts to round out your evening. Please join us in one of the many hidden treasures within the new California Academy of Sciences
