Nova Bar & Restaurant's Ambiance - Select CommentsI was there last night with co-workers during happy hour and not only were we not given happy hour pricing, but when we asked about it after seeing the bill our waitress was incredibly snotty ( not the first time she's been ) & only removed $ 5 from the bill. more»
