The Kashk-Bademjan, an appetizer made from fried eggplant and a type of whey cheese is fantastic, as is the Tah-Dig with Gormeh Sabzi, a crispy rice covered with a vegetarian stew of spinach, parsley, fenugreek and kidney beans ( I know it sounds disgusting, but it's heavenly ). more»
There are a few good Persian restaurants in the Bay Area and Maykadeh is our favorite because the food is prepared so well, it is consistently good, large portions, fair prices, and the service is great. more»
