It means copius amounts of kimchi ... in their mash potato sides, in their oh so good kimchi burger, and oozing out of their perfectly prepared kimchi fillet mignon. more»
e3rd Steakhouse & Lounge's Service - Select CommentsThe staff is attentive and funny ( offering to move us after an over-cologned man sat down next to us ), they often have a dj spinning mellow-Morcheeba grooves and even when it's packed, it's chill. more»
Message from e3rd Steakhouse & Lounge
Jason Ha's new e3rd Steakhouse & Lounge redefines the traditional American steakhouse. Set in a historic 1920's building with a back patio, E3rd’s 5000 sq. ft. space has high open beam ceilings and skylights. A sleek contemporary metal element offsets the original, restored woods. DJs spin on a State of the Art sound system in the lounge area opposite a full, sexy bar with lighted neon counter edge.
Traditional Asian fruit and seasoning marinades tenderize pork and beef cuts, which are then braised to unleash their succulent full flavor, and given a quick turn on the grill to crisp them off. Signature dishes include the Alba-cado, Seaweed Salad and Imperial Short Ribs, along with the world's best hamburger made of filet and rib-eye. .Classic side dishes with an Asian twist include kim chi mashed potatoes, fries or pasta (perfect for vegetarians) and award-winning showstoppers from sister restaurant and hot spot down the block, Zip Fusion.
