Azami's Food - Select Comments

The fish is by far the best of any neighborhood sushi place ; the talented chefs do not need to pack their sushi with cream cheese and extra amounts of rice in order to hide mediocre fish like any of the local chain sushi places ( Sushi Mac, Asakuma, etc. ). more»
The `` modernization'' done by Azami doesn't involve copious amounts of mayo or teriyaki sauce of sticking eels, surimi ( imitaiton crab ) and tempura shrimp onto everything ~ it's simple additions that adds much complexity to already great tasting fish. more»

The portions are just right , the rice was served slightly warm and perfectly seasoned , the service was sweet and genuine , the sake list was magnificent ... I even tried a cooked dish and almost died it was SO delicious! more»
