Vietnamese food was meant to be eaten everyday; it was meant to be light and fresh while bringing excitement to the palate. There is a certain mystic with Vietnamese food, it is like a sweet forgotten adventure. At Phans 55 we believe in sticking to our roots; we use only the freshest natural ingredients.
