been to skates before scallop dish as good as ever clear day ... great view of bridges slight slow service ( relaxed ) ... but I knew that , took 1\/2 day off ; besides it was an anniversary. more»
Skates On the Bay's Ambiance - Select CommentsSkates probably has the best view of any of R.U.I.'s Bay Area restaurants , but the food , even though the menus are the same , is not as good as Horatio's and the interior is old and needs refurbishing. more»
The food is excellent ( I'm not a foody , but we eat out at nice restaurants a fair bit , and I think it's as good as any restaurant in its price range ) , and I love the view of the sunset over the bay. more»
