New (to us, at least) Restaurant Opening, Fri, Jul 25, '08: Gyenari Korean BBQ & Lounge @ 9540 Washington Blvd.

Not the most authentic Korean BBQ, but pretty good food, plus fun and hip, right in the heart of booming Culver City. I was so excited to try this zen-chic upscale Korean BBQ but left quite disappointed. the service was great, our waitress made sure we had drinks at all times, she was on top of it! The bar drink are great and are not expensive. i love the atmosphere, in the front they have a fountain and a nice lounge area if you want to sit and wait for some friends and have a drink, or back to the booths were to your right and left is brick walls and in the back a nice yellow background!

We loved our adorable waitress Nicole, & the delicious drinks! Great place for after movie drinks, although a little pricey. On the upside : good, attentive bar staff keeps you feeling good. This is a great bar and lounge but the food is just so-so. Great atmosphere and unique drinks.
