I found the wait staff most knowledgable and when he recommend the duck I quickly concurred.

Pizza was good, but not great. Wine and drinks were good. Service was good but kitchen was slow and food not hot for all the time they took.

Don't miss the Belgium frites with garlic sauce and the Belgium waffle for dessert was large enough to share. The mussels are the best I have had since Brussels.

Fish dishes were the highlight ( salmon, tuna ) -- fresh, great flavor. Unfortunately, the cesaer salad and lamb cheeks were somewhat disappoiniting However, other dishes were all delicious. Also, the service was excellent. Province has an interesting interior and a varied and thoughtful menu.
